Snowy Whidbey

In February 2021, Whidbey Island was buried in a blanket of snow. Since snow is rare here, it would be a while before any plows or salt were dispatched to clear the roads. My car is not built for snow, so I took my camera, walked to the beach, and took some rare snowy shots along the way.
